  1. Synopsis:
  2.    admin [<server|nickname>]
  3.  
  4. Description:
  5.    This command is used to display various administrative information
  6.    about a particular server.  Typically such information will include
  7.    the name of the organization running the server, its geographic
  8.    location, and a method of contacting someone in charge of it.
  9.  
  10.    If the server name is omitted, the client's current server is used.
  11.    If a nickname is given, that client's server is queried.
  12.  
  13. Examples:
  14.    To get the administrative information of JoeBob's server:
  15.       /admin joebob
  16.  
  17.    To get the administrative information of server irc.foobar.com:
  18.       /admin irc.foobar.com
